SUMMARY:Koningsdag/King's Day 2017
DESCRIPTION:Koningsdag 2017. \nCome join us for a modern Koningsdag celebration at De Dutch at Canada Place\, a prime location in Vancouver! This special evening will take place from 5pm to 8pm and is for members and non-members of the Dutch Network. Dress code for this special event: Orange. \nYour entrance ticket will include our national Dutch treat bitterballen\, pancake bites and other free finger food\, as well as 1 (alcoholic) beverage. The Dutch Consul General will propose a toast to the King\, Dutch games are available and there will be some Dutch tunes playing in the background.  \nFor those who are interested\, we will start the day with a bike ride around Stanley Park and False Creek to ‘paint’ the seawall Orange. If you would like to participate\, please RSVP to events(Replace this parenthesis with the @ sign)dutchnetwork.ca and meet us at 15:00 with your own bike in front of De Dutch – Canada Place. \nSo wear your Orange\, meet your local Dutch community\, have a drink and bitterbal and enjoy a ‘gezellige’ time!\nWe can only host a maximum of 120 people. It is important that you register quickly before this event is sold out. Op = Op.
