DESCRIPTION:This Event is Organized by The Dutch Business Club \nWe have the honour to invite you to our upcoming Docu Night event on April 16th at Dudoc Vancouver\, 1489 Frances Street. \nCosts: $20.-  \nWe open the evening with a sneak preview of the Dutch documentary “Why We Cycle“\, which will have its Vancouver premiere on May 7th\, 2018. Chris Bruntlett\, a local bike advocate and one of the presenters of this documentary\, will give a short introduction\, answer your questions and you have the chance to win free tickets to the official screening at the Rio Theater. \nAfter this\, we screen our 45-minute feature documentary: “The Rise of Vertical Farming“. This VPRO production (8.5 score on topdocumentaryfilms.com) explores how a radically different way of farming can provide solutions for future food crises as the global population continues to rise and viable farming lands dwindle.
